FTCH Kestrelway Drake
Jason’s Labrador Drake became a Field Trial Champion after winning the Midland Counties Field Trial Society’s two-day stake in September 2017. This qualified him for the IGL Retriever Championship for the second year in a row. Drake followed it up by winning the Cornwall Field Trial Society’s one-day stake a few weeks later. He also came second at the Coventry Field Trial Society’s two-day qualifying stake.
At the Kennel Club’s Gundog Working Tests at Chatsworth on 17 June 2018, Drake came second in the two-day Open Working Test. Drake represented England at the Anglesey International in 2018 and 2019, both times being England’s top scoring dog.

Drake is a loving dog, with great trainability. He is known for his hunting abilities as well as his straight lines to get to an area. He’s soft natured but very driven, and enters cover easily and in a controlled manner.

FTCH Berryshot Bernie
FTCH Berryshot Bernie is known affectionately as Bertie by his owners, Mr and Mrs Berry. He has a lovely temperament, and has been awarded 23 trial awards in his career, winning many trials including the AA finals.
In 2021 he won the South Eastern Gundog Society’s two-day open trial, which qualified him for the 2021 International Gundog League Retriever Championship. The Retriever Championship is a trial over three days, with Bertie finishing amongst only six other dogs. He was awarded a Diploma of Merit, the highest award this fantastic dog has obtained. In January 2022, Bertie became a Field Trial Champion after winning the KSS Open Field Trial.
Jason has trained and handled this dog since Bertie was 6 months old.

Berryshot Wigeon
In the 2021 season, Widgeon had his first full trial season as an open level dog . With 5 x two-day trial awards from 2nd to CoMs, proving that he follows his dad’s (FTCh Kestrelway Drake) success. He’s gained 16 trial awards in 23 appearances in total . A very loving dog and extremely biddable.
